Mandy Shrimpton is a gentle, kind, loving person. Her primary mission in life is to make everyone she meets every day feel as though they are the most important person in the world. She cares - really cares - for people and our fragile planet. Mandy appreciates the power of social media to distribute content and regards the internet as an unmatched tool for social and environmental change. She is a devoted mother of three beautiful girls who adore her to bits.

My Journey with Henry Jones.

Peter says, I'm the quintessential people’s person. I guess it's true. I do genuinely care for others and consciously endeavour to make the world a better place by bringing happiness and joy to everyone I meet regardless of their station in life. I truly believe that success is measured by the quality of our human-relationships rather than the results we manifest through sheer will. In my experience, success in life and business stem through seeing things from other's point of view and then matching their needs to my personal and professional goals.

My contribution to the unfoldment of Henry Jones and all the healing and wellness courses Peter has created over the years has been being his sounding board, confidant, proof-reader, guinea-pig, and greatest fan.

I walked every step with Henry Jones from the very first line to the organisation it's become. I'm so grateful for Henry Jones. Even though he is a fictitious character in a novel, I feel like I know him personally. Together with Peter, we've tried, tested, and lived all the techniques and wellness modalities. I can tell you one thing for sure: They work! They really do!

"I love showing people how to prepare delicious and nutritious natural food too." 

I  love walking in nature with my family, hugging trees, and preserving the environment. I also enjoy being creative and I'm particularly fond of painting flowers. As a very happily married and devoted mother to three children, I've cultivated a deep appreciation for the culinary arts - only healing food - and I relish the spare moments I get to watch my favourite cooking shows. I produced all the content for the healing and wellness versions of the Plant-Based Challenge, which I'm very excited about!

I Always Recommend the
True-Self Challenge:

My favourite Challenge is the True-Self Challenge, by far. Don't get me wrong, I've done all the others too, but this one has a special place in my heart.

If you sometimes feel down, hopeless, directionless, self-deprecating - or even if you just need a pick-me-up - this Challenge is for you. You'll be amazed how great you will feel after 7-days. Of course, I also recommend snuggling up with a good book during the True-Self Challenge. The Healing Chronicles of Henry Jones, naturally. Not because Peter wrote it, but because it teaches you so much about life.
