REVIEW THE COURSE CONTENT

The Course Outline displays the Lessons we have prepared for you to connect with your true-self physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This digital content is also available in the Quick Reference Guide of the One True-Day Challenge Workbook. Click the button to access and review the One-True-Day Challenge online course content.

Knowing what's in store for you helps you to anticipate the future. It sets your intention, enables you to start planning ahead, and builds excitement.

SET A DATE

If you've joined a Group, then the date for your True-Day is already set. If you're doing this Challenge on your own, you can choose a day that suits you best.
(Make sure you receive the Workbook in time for your True-Day.)

Your intention is set in the instant you select a date for your True-Day. The idea to do this Challenge becomes real. You immediately have a goal with a deadline. And the countdown clock is activated!

JOIN A GROUP

You can do the One-True Day Challenge on your own at home, but it’s much more fun and interesting to do it in a Group. Here's how it works:

We set a date for a group of like-minded individuals from all over the world to do this Challenge together. We meet online - before, during and after the Challenge - to support one another, share experiences, and learn from each other.

Itinerary Pages

These Itinerary Pages provide you with useful information, guidance, tips, links, and access to support.
On the day before your True-Day, you get to prepare for this Challenge, do some preliminary exercises, and plan your True-Day in advance.
On this day - your True-Day - you get to be the best version of yourself by doing things that connect you to your true-self and enhance your well-being.
On the day after your True-Day, you get to reflect on your experience to determine how doing this Challenge benefited you.
