Congrats on accepting this Challenge! You're about to embark on an incredible journey of self-discovery with Henry Jones. 
You can get started in 3 ways:
  1. Make your way through the 10-steps in the next section. (This is our recommended route to onboard successfully.)
  2. Or, work your way through the Course Outline by cherry-picking the tutorials or podcasts that grab your interest.
  3. Or, read the Guidelines in the True-Self Challenge Workbook or listen to the Podcast. (All the content in the onboarding tutorials and podcasts come from the Guidelines.) If you don't yet have the True-Self Challenge Workbook, you should get it now.

SELECT YOUR LEVEL OF COMMITMENT

Right off the bat, you have a choice to make. We have two levels of commitment for you to choose from:

  1. Beginner’s Level
  2. Advanced Level.

Beginners Level

The Beginner’s Level requires you to do the Lessons and Daily Exercises only. You don’t need to make any lifestyle changes except setting aside an hour or two each day to study the educational content and do the prescribed Daily Exercises.

Advanced Level

The Advanced Level requires you to do the Lessons and Daily Exercises AND actually be your true-self for 7-days straight. That’s right, you have to consciously and deliberately do activities that connect you to your true-self each day by following the prescribed wellness program too. This is your chance to be the best version of yourself!

DEDICATED ITINERARY PAGES

Each day of the True-Self Challenge has a dedicated Itinerary Page on this website. They provide you with all the information and support you need for that day. These Itinerary Pages use the same template, so you can familiarize yourself with the layout and content. Click the button to see a example template (Day-0). It showcases the layout of the Itinerary Pages and explains each of the sections. Plus, you'll know exactly what to do on the day before your Start Date.

REVIEW THE COURSE CONTENT

We've prepared a powerful schedule of Lessons and Daily Exercises that are guaranteed to help you discover your true nature and find your true-self. Click the button to access and review the True-Self Challenge online course content.

Knowing what's in store for you helps you to anticipate the future. When you know the journey ahead of you, you can set milestones, targets and rewards for yourself. SET YOUR START DATE

Your Start Date is Day-1 of the True-Self Challenge. If you've joined a Group, then your Start Date is already set. If you're doing this Challenge on your own, you can choose a day that suits you best. (Make sure you receive the Workbook in time for your Start Date.)

JOIN A GROUP

You can do the True-Self Challenge on your own at home, but it’s much better to do it in a Group. Like-minded people from all over the world set a common Start Date and do the Challenge together. We meet online - before, during, and after the Challenge - to share experiences, learn from each other, and support one another every step of the way.
