You may have heard the expression - I'm a Jonesy, or that person is a Jonesy!  But where does it come from, and what is a Jonesy?

In this blogpost, we share with you the background of the term - Jonesy. We also give you our philosophy about life. If you're considering becoming a Jonesy, this might just tickle your fancy...

Hello there, champion of true wellness...

A Jonesy is a term of endearment given to folks who live by the principles of Henry Jones. The term was coined by our children. Through our work, they meet many people who are doing Henry Jones's healing and wellness programs, or who have completed them. The radical transformation these "Journeymen" feel inside, combined with the wonderful physical benefits they experience in their bodies, makes them passionate - almost evangelical - about this natural and holistic way of life.

Our kids would meet these enthusiasts and remark affectionately, "They are real Jonesies!"

This got us thinking. What does it mean to be a Jonesy? What is the definition of a Jonesy? Well, our philosophy is simple:

The Jonesy Philosophy:

Yesterday is just a set of thoughts in your head – it was  a dream. Tomorrow exists in a state of pure potentiality – it is a dream.
All that is real is today – this moment.
Let go of the set beliefs and perceptions you have about yourself - they too are just sets of thoughts that only exist in your mind.

All you can manage is today.

The exquisite moment of consciousness that you experience between sleeps – the glorious day between night and night – this "awake time" is all that exists.

Be your true-self this day - AWAKEN!

Be a Jonesy.

Now you know the definition of a Jonesy. To apply this philosophy to your life, you need to realize that today is all you’ve got. Actually, it’s all you’ll ever have! So, you’ve got to make sure you use today wisely. And the best way to do that is to always plan who you want to be tomorrow.

Planning ahead is the secret to making it happen. It sets the intention for you to do it. Intention is incredibly important. It precedes thought. It’s the spark of creation. That’s why planning ahead is one of the fundamental principles of Henry Jones. we’d like to take a moment here, to share with you the other life principles of Henry Jones. But before we do so, we must first explain the true purpose and power of principles.
GIVE IT A GO.
Why not try this unique approach to life? Just try it. Be a Jonesy for a day. See if it works for you. We bet it will! Then change your lifestyle for good.

The Jonesy Lifestyle:

This is what the Jonesy lifestyle is all about – living from your true-self. If this is what you want to experience, then we’ve got some critical, life-changing knowledge to share with you right now. We're not kidding. This wisdom is so simple yet profound that when you first receive it you probably won’t realize its true power. But, when you apply this plain truth, when you actually put this knowledge into practice, your whole life will change irrevocably.

The best part is, your personal transformation is instant. You can count on it. This simple technique works for everyone every time. So, brace yourself; here it comes: Finding your true-self and healing your body doesn’t just happen. If you woke up one morning and you were suddenly your true-self and your body was restored to perfect health, it would be miraculous! Truly miraculous!

We’ve never met anyone who experienced this enlightenment in a blinding flash. No, the heavens don’t open for a chosen few, and you don’t need to hear trumpets being blown by angels, as your consciousness ascends to these higher realms. Thank goodness, it doesn’t work like that! The path to ascension is much easier to find. It’s a practical process that’s completely in your control.
PAY ATTENTION NOW:
Finding your true-self requires you to consciously and deliberately do things that connect you to your true-self each day. Similarly, healing your body requires you to practice natural and holistic healing techniques every day. They are one and the same. Both require action and effort. But the rewards are worth it.
Every act from your true-self is like a brick in a house. Your actions eventually become who you are in the same way the bricks become a home. Make sense?

Great! That's why Henry Jones's healing and wellness Challenges are a fun-taas-tick opportunity for you to experience what it’s like to be your true-self. This means you’ll only do things in the present moment that are good for you in the long-term. This lifestyle delivers everything you desire for yourself; happiness, health, love, and bliss. If that’s what you want, this a great time for us to introduce you to the true purpose and power of principles.

The True Purpose and Power of Principles:

Sit a bit closer. Principles are natural laws. They are the codes or ethics you live by. They define you as an individual and should be central to your thoughts and deeds. Try not to let this statement go in one ear and out the other. This is powerful stuff. Only when you’re conscious of your principles, can you live by them.

When you clearly define and then internalize your principles, they become a part of your decision-making process and therefore guide your personal conduct.

Do you get it? Do you realize the transformative power of what you're reading right now?

When you abide by the right principles, you’ll make the right decisions for your life. Imagine that!  Imagine always making the right choices for your life. How much would your life change for the better?

The key to being a principle-centered individual is to know the long-term benefits of living by your principles. If you don’t know the long-term benefits to your life, then you won’t know why you need to stay motivated. You see, benefits build desire.  We trust the penny is dropping here. You must have the desire to live by your principles, or you won’t do it. You need to focus your attention on the outcomes your principles will ultimately provide for you.

Stop for a second, and try to comprehend what you’ve just read. In case this point slipped past you, I’ll help it sink home by saying it another way. Here goes: The true beauty of living by your principles is that you’re able to predict the long-term results. We hope you can see the importance and power of this essential knowledge. To be your true-self, heal your body, and enjoy radiant health and vitality every day for the rest of your life you must establish your principles and then consciously and deliberately live by them from day to day.

Let’s take a closer look at The Jonesy Principles now, shall we?
