In fact, many harmful substances are often put into food to make it taste better. Man-made foods consist of refined sugars, highly refined grains, highly refined hydrogenated fats, artificial flavourings, colourings, preservatives, acids and chemicals. Yuck!

What consumers fail to realize is that these unnatural laboratory concoctions are devastating to human health.
Now let’s get to the bones of the food crisis: Over 150 billion animals are slaughtered each year worldwide. Never in the history of the planet has cruelty to animals been so prolific. Why must I do a program?

A program is a sequence of activities or events that are structured to produce a desired result. Your brain is like a computer. It performs whatever you program into it. Without a program to follow, your brain reverts to default – which includes the habitual destructive behaviours that impair your immune system, compromise your health and create disease. If you genuinely want to heal your body and experience true wellness, you need to follow a program that produces your desired result. The secret is to wake up each morning knowing exactly what you’re going to do each day to promote wellness, and when you’re going to do it.
