Hello there, champion of true wellness...

So, you’ve decided to do one (or some) of Henry Jones's healing or wellness Challenges. That’s great news! Well done. You've made the right decision for yourself and your loved ones. 

Now, we'd like to help you to get ready for this Challenge. We’ve got plenty of useful tips for you to prepare your mind and body for this life-changing event. You really should prepare your loved ones, too. You’re about to shake things up a bit, and your new approach to life may come as quiet a shock for them.

That's why it's best for you to prepare yourself and others ahead of time. You've got one chance to get it right, and you don't want to mess things up because you didn't make certain you were 100% ready to do the Challenge. Agreed?

The slightest move towards positive change is a big step in the right direction
 on a healing and wellness journey.

Check Your Diet:

Get a head-start by drastically cutting back on bad food stuffs, such as refined sugar; refined flour; refined grains; hydrogenated fats; processed oils; artificial flavorings; colorants; preservatives and other chemicals; and acids. In short: Avoid man-made food!

Cut Out Harmful Vices:

Start breaking free from your vices. You don’t have to wait to officially start the Challenge before your cut out the things that harm your body, and destroy your health. The sooner you quit unhealthy habits and start living a healthier lifestyle, the better it’ll be for you. If you’re lucky enough to be reading The Healing Chronicles of Henry Jones and something strikes a chord with you, you should try to integrate it into your life at once.

Start Moving Your Body:

It’s also a good idea to start moving your body around with intention. Stretch, bend, balance, squat, twist, jump, kick and wave your arms. Shake your whole body for a few minutes, a couple of times a day. Movement is the key to change. Slip in a few warm-up exercises, so that your mind and body get the message that you’re about to perform a great feat.


Get your head in the game, and you’ll be amazed at how quickly you’ll start to feel good about yourself, and your decision to embark on your healing or wellness journey with Henry Jones.

Develop Your Attitude:

Set aside specific times to think positively about the Challenge ahead. Focus your thoughts on your end goal. Meditate on the positive outcomes you desire for yourself. Imagine yourself loving the Challenge. You can consciously develop a positive attitude towards this Challenge by constantly affirming your intentions, objectives, goals and commitment. Say aloud what you need to hear to feel motivated, uplifted and inspired. Tell yourself what you need to hear whether you believe it or not.

Program Your Mind:

Use every spare moment to program your mind with positive thoughts. If you’ve got a few minutes to kill while waiting for the kettle to boil, the bath to run, or the traffic light to change, use them to think positively about the upcoming Challenge. If you catch yourself worrying or thinking negatively about it, ask yourself how you feel. If your thoughts make you feel bad, change them. If you have doubts, just push them out of your mind as they surface.  

Break Limiting Beliefs:

You need to get into the practice of changing your mind. Yes, you may have to shatter old thinking patterns and self-limiting beliefs. It’s essential to break away from what others have conditioned you to believe about yourself. Now is the time to see your life in all of its dimensions. Embrace thoughts that make you feel good and confident about discovering your true nature. Repeatedly tell yourself that you’ve accepted responsibility for finding your true-self, healing your body, and enjoying radiant health and vitality every day for the rest of your life - and that nothing in the world is going to stop you from achieving your goal. Do this, and you’ll soon look forward to the upcoming Challenge with excitement and enthusiasm, rather than dread or fear. 


Some people can motivate you while others can demoralize you. Choose your company wisely before, during, and after the Challenge

Be Careful Of Others:

Be cautious when sharing your plans with other people. They may not understand or accept your decision to change who you are. You may be excited but they may not share your enthusiasm. Only share your plans with people you can trust. Seek out folks who will encourage you, motivate and support you.  Surround yourself with people who love you and only want what is truly best for you.

Watch Out For Negs:

Be wary of negative influences. Most people are threatened by what they don’t understand. In their minds, you might be fine the way you are. Your harmful vices may suit them. They may not want to lose their drinking partner, or smoking buddy, or gossip monger. If they are ruled by their ego-minds, they'll definitely NOT approve of your decision. Understand that! If they like your relationship, they may ridicule your decision. They may even try to talk you out of it. Be tolerant, and let them be. 

Avoid Convincing Others:

Whatever you do, don’t try to convince anyone of your actions. You’re doing the Challenge for yourself, and yourself only. It’s your life. Yours alone! Remember that!

Just stick to your plan. Use the time you have available before starting this Challenge constructively. Read or listen the material we've produced for you. Spend your spare time convincing yourself that you made the right decision to do the Challenge.

Follow The Instructions:

The time has come for you to transcend ‘ordinariness’ and to do something truly exceptional. This is it: Find your true-self, heal your body, and enjoy radiant health and vitality every day for the rest of your life. That is what you want most, isn’t it?
