Well, we really don’t want to give too much away so early on your healing or wellness journey but your true-self is who you really are. It’s the essence of your being – the core of your inner goodness. It’s the part of you that is spiritual, eternal, and Divine. Your true-self only does what is good for you, and others, and the planet, in the long-term. It’s the source all your higher qualities, values and principles. It leads you down the one and only path to true peace, happiness, health and wellness. The best part is, your true-self is ever-present and always accessible. When you connect with your true-self you feel energetic, creative, alive and full of possibility.

But before we do so, we must first explain the true purpose and power of principles.

The True Purpose and Power of Principles:

Sit a bit closer. Principles are natural laws. They are the codes or ethics you live by. They define you as an individual and should be central to your thoughts and deeds. Try not to let this statement go in one ear and out the other. This is powerful stuff. Only when you’re conscious of your principles, can you live by them.

When you clearly define and then internalize your principles, they become a part of your decision-making process and therefore guide your personal conduct.

Do you get it? Do you realize the transformative power of what you're reading right now? 

When you abide by the right principles, you’ll make the right decisions for your life. Imagine that!  Imagine always making the right choices for your life. How much would your life change for the better?

The key to being a principle-centered individual is to know the long-term benefits of living by your principles. If you don’t know the long-term benefits to your life, then you won’t know why you need to stay motivated. You see, benefits build desire. We trust the penny is dropping here. You must have the desire to live by your principles, or you won’t do it. You need to focus your attention on the outcomes your principles will ultimately provide for you. 

Stop for a second, and try to comprehend what you’ve just read. In case this point slipped past you, let's drive it home by saying this another way. Here goes: The true beauty of living by your principles is that you’re able to predict the long-term results.

To experience how great it feels to be your true-self, live by these Jonesy principles on your Challenge:

  • Get up each morning before sunrise.
  • Drink a glass of warm water with a teaspoon of lemon juice (honey optional) first thing in the morning. (This combination is a powerful antioxidant.)
  • Follow a whole-foods, plant-based diet.
  • Cut out all your harmful vices. (Alcohol, smoking, sugar, man-made food, etc)
  • Make time to douse yourself in sunlight (or natural light) at least once a day for 5 minutes.
  • Do something that makes you happy everyday. (Make a Happy Plan)
  • Meditate daily.
  • Exercise at least three times a week. (Try HJX)
  • Stretch at least three times a week. (Try Yo-Chi)
  • Be kind and gentle to people, and lavish them with deserving praise.
  • Plan each day in advance. 
  • Omit or limit television and social media.
  • Go to bed early and get a good night's sleep.

Take Your Challenge To The Next Level:

Like we said at the beginning of this tutorial, you can take Henry Jones's healing and wellness challenges to the next level. If you to stay on the Beginner’s Level, just do the Lessons and Daily Exercises. But, you are perfectly capable of doing the Advanced Level and practicing by the philosophy and principles of Henry Jones while you do the Challenges. 

So, come on, make the most of these Challenges. Take your healing or wellness journey to the next level. Commit to doing the Advanced Level and you’ll have the rare chance to actually be your true-self on these Challenges.
